The London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) Planning Policy and Decisions Team (PPDT) is responsible for investigating and resolving alleged breaches of planning control within its area.
An enforcement plan was approved by the LLDC Planning Committee in December 2012, in accordance with guidance on enforcement within the National Planning Policy Framework. The Enforcement Plan sets out the LLDC’s approach to dealing with breaches of planning control and enforcement action; sets out priorities for enforcement action and timescales for that action; and gives contact details for those wishing to report an alleged breach of control.
The LLDC PPDT is responsible for keeping a register of information of every formal notice that the PPDT serves, including enforcement notices, breach of condition notices and stop notices. The register will be updated every time a formal notice is issued.
