We submitted our Legacy Communities Scheme planning application in September 2011 to the Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA) Planning Decisions Team (PDT), the planning authority for the Olympic Park.
The Legacy Communities Scheme seeks permission for the long-term development of five new neighbourhoods within the future Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
During October and November 2011, the ODA PDT considered and consulted on our planning application and following District Heat Network Extension Planning Application. This consultation is called post-application consultation which PDT, as the planning authority, is obliged to carry out, as well as other activity such as briefings for local community groups and public ‘drop-in’ sessions.
In December 2011, the ODA PDT wrote to us and identified matters where it considered that the planning application and its supporting information required amendment, clarification, correction or additional information. We have now submitted a response (known as the Regulation 22 Response and Additional Information submission) comprising additional information, clarifications and amendments to the Legacy Communities Scheme planning application. The ODA PDT is consulting on this submission.
